This is a list of names that for some reason is really important in the Trench. It's a list of a few hundred Trenchmites who have a lot of stuff and want more. Pretty silly, from our point of view. Everyone below #1 is just doing everything they can to get to the next rank. The guy (it never seems to be a woman, hmmm...) at #1 is just watching his back so nobody will whack him.
They think it's some big deal that can help get them Uptown but the truth is that most of the guys on that list did enough to get on the list to keep them in the Other Place for Eternity Plus...
